I can only sing the praises of Dr. Seidenstricker's practice. The entire team, from receptionists and veterinary assistants to the entire veterinary team, is very courteous, professional, and friendly. Thank you so much for your kind support with my dog ​​Tyson. I highly recommend this team.

Very empathetic and competent veterinarians. They're relatively busy, so you might have to wait a bit longer for an appointment. The staff take their time and explain everything clearly. I've always enjoyed coming here and felt very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic practice. I came without an appointment and with my dog, as he was no longer able to travel. I was treated very kindly and sensitively. After only a short time, I was able to explain my situation to a veterinarian, who ultimately had to tell me that I had to let my beloved Attila go. My special thanks go to Mr. Srijemac, who was willing to come to my home. This man has truly found his calling, quite the opposite. His dignified and respectful treatment of Attila was exceptional; he is a man with a heart for animals. The rest of the process was calm and peaceful, without any suffering. Thank you so much for everything.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary practice. We initially trusted the veterinarian and discussed our cat's surgery to remove skin tumors with her. However, on the day of the surgery, the procedure was performed by a different veterinarian whom we hadn't met and about whom we hadn't been informed. Several things struck us as very negative immediately after the surgery: The stated weight of our cat (2.7 kg) was clearly inaccurate, as she actually weighs about 3.5 kg. Furthermore, when we picked her up at midday, she showed no typical after-effects of the anesthesia; she was immediately awake and completely steady on her feet, which raised serious doubts about the proper administration of the anesthesia. The wound care was also inadequate: The suture on her neck was poorly done, with loose knots sticking out. The body suit was much too large and didn't fit correctly around her neck, so the wound was completely open again by the time we got home. In addition, black tumor tissue was still visible, and the tumor grew back shortly afterward. The lack of communication was particularly disappointing: We received no response to three emails. Our cat ultimately had to undergo surgery again at a different practice. We received excellent care there and are now very satisfied, but unfortunately, the previous treatment resulted in additional costs and expenses for us. Overall, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this practice.
