We brought our dog to the veterinary practice without an appointment because she was experiencing acute symptoms – diarrhea, vomiting, and obvious pain. Unfortunately, we were immediately told that we couldn't be seen without an appointment. No one showed any interest in even examining our pet or offering any assistance. I would have expected more compassion and willingness to help, especially in a veterinary practice – particularly in such an obvious emergency. It was very disappointing to be simply turned away in such a difficult situation.

We took our cat to this veterinary practice. At the time, she had a very good appetite and normal behavior, exhibiting only mild symptoms of a blocked nose. However, after the prescribed treatment (antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication), our cat's condition deteriorated drastically: she completely refused food and water. Despite this, no blood test was performed at either the first or second appointment. Instead of urgent diagnostics, more medication was prescribed, and we were referred to another veterinarian because there was "no time" – even though the situation was clearly an emergency. Only on the THIRD visit, when the cat had already gone about 10 days without eating and was severely dehydrated, was a blood test finally performed, revealing serious kidney problems! The final diagnosis came even later. We believe this treatment was unprofessional and life-threatening for our pet. Particularly incomprehensible is the lack of basic diagnostic testing in the face of persistent food refusal, as well as the complete disregard for our written complaint afterward. As a result, we have now been trying for many months, together with another clinic, to stabilize our cat's health. The outcome: - severely compromised health of our cat, - very high costs, - a complete loss of trust in this practice. Not recommended.

I simply don't think the pricing on the last bills is reasonable. They make it impossible for an average earner to afford medical care. Furthermore, Dr. Lechner's manner during the last two visits has annoyed me. It's a very condescending, superior attitude that I find inappropriate and unjustified. I was portrayed as completely incompetent! One star only because no one doesn't go!

My dog Ledi had surgery performed by Dr. Lechler. She explained everything to me in detail, and I was even allowed to be present during the anesthesia. Everyone at this practice is incredibly kind. I feel my baby is in very good hands there. Thank you to the whole practice! ❤️❤️❤️

I took my dog (a miniature poodle) to this veterinary practice for the first time on February 25, 2026, as a substitute for my regular vet, because of a bite injury. During the examination, a large, open wound on my dog's back went unnoticed. He also had other bite wounds, under his eye and on his lower back. After returning from the practice, we discovered the bite wound. The following day, I took my dog to my regular vet. There, the severe bite injury, requiring immediate surgical treatment under anesthesia, was diagnosed and stitched. My dog didn't even receive any pain medication. Furthermore, we had to wait at the practice for over an hour, even though it was an emergency! The situation was very stressful for me, as it caused my dog additional pain and delayed treatment. I am describing only my personal experience here.
