Reviews
Since we have been breeding British Shorthair cats with great love and care for several years, we have gained a variety of experiences in the field of veterinary medicine. A medical emergency involving our breeding cat Lilly (a stroke of luck!) led us to the Cappel Veterinary Practice. This experience led us to the perfect partner for the care of our purebred cat breeding program. We have been relying on them for all our animal health needs ever since. Ms. Lehmann is very meticulous, thorough, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile for the well-being of the animals. We greatly appreciate her expertise, her calm demeanor, her conscientiousness, and above all, her sensitivity and loving approach to the animals. For us, the Cappel Veterinary Practice is a very special place. Here, we feel truly valued and cared for. We also gladly recommend the veterinary practice to our kitten buyers and consistently receive very positive feedback. A HUGE THANK YOU to the entire team! You are simply TOP-NOTCH, both professionally and personally, and we are very grateful for this collaboration.
Many thanks to Dr. Lehmann and the entire team 🙏. Our foster dog unfortunately became seriously ill after arriving in Germany. Dr. Lehmann and her whole team took wonderful care of our Mila (6 months old). Mila was hospitalized at the clinic for a week. Dr. Lehmann is very empathetic and takes the time, both in person and over the phone, to explain everything and discuss the next steps. The veterinary assistants also took excellent care of our Mila. A huge thank you from the whole team! Herzenshunde Griechenland ❤️
On Friday, I had a cat in critical condition. I couldn't get an appointment, and the incompetent receptionist wouldn't fit me in. It's very sad that you can't get an appointment in an emergency and are simply brushed off. The cat has since sadly passed away. I can only advise everyone to steer clear of this practice.
We've taken our cats to this practice several times, and the veterinarians are very friendly. However, we've increasingly gotten the impression that the practice isn't a good fit for us and our animals professionally. After our cat had dental surgery (over a month ago), we're still seeing noticeable after-effects despite two follow-up appointments. She's also exhibited behavioral changes around the same time, seems very insecure, and now regularly wets herself during transport. On the day of the surgery, she even came back to us soaked in urine. We've also had to consult other veterinarians for other health issues, where we felt much more comfortable and professionally cared for. This is, of course, just our personal experience. The practice's proximity is convenient, but it's not enough for us if we're not happy with the treatment results. Furthermore, we've incurred considerable additional expenses (more vet appointments, travel, costs). Therefore, we've decided to go to a different practice in the future.
We took one of our hens to see Ms. Cimander yesterday and were absolutely delighted! From scheduling the appointment to the atmosphere in the practice and the treatment itself, we encountered nothing but friendly staff. The consultation and examination were thorough, professional, and patient, and we felt very well cared for. The costs were more than fair. They only offered what was necessary. A truly wonderful practice! Thank you so much!
