Dr. Victoria Kalthoff

Our little cat is doing better, BUT we bought her privately and not from a breeder. Yes, maybe that was a mistake, but the little ones can't be blamed for that and don't need to be treated so disparagingly. Being accused of all sorts of things in such a rude tone is really unnecessary. Three people around me – I was just turning around to take turns looking at the one talking to me. I wanted to calm the little one down and said, "Everything's fine, don't worry," and I was yelled at, saying nothing was okay. --> what??? I was out of there in 5 minutes, as she repeatedly emphasized how busy she was. To be honest, I've always had pets since I was a child, but I've never had such a bad vet. :O

I've been to Dr. Kalthoff three times. Up until now it's been okay, not great, but not bad either. This time, I have to say I feel ripped off. I paid €72 for an ointment and three 0.5ml drops. The drops cost €10 for a pack of ten at the pharmacy. I'm definitely going to find another vet. I constantly have to listen to her telling me my cat is a product of cruel breeding practices, even though he's a Persian with a nose. And the whole team isn't exactly friendly!

We feel very well cared for at this practice. The team handles our cats wonderfully and takes the time to find good solutions for them. The whole team is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Five stars from our four cats, too!

A very good veterinarian. She took excellent care of my cat. Even when she was drawing blood, my cat didn't make a sound. Dr. Kalthoff then explained the blood test results to me very clearly. The whole team is simply fantastic!

A very competent veterinarian with a great team. Animal welfare is absolutely their top priority, as it should be. I also really appreciate that you can tell the team is truly a team and that you can have fun and laugh with them. Such a relaxed atmosphere is contagious and benefits the animal too :-)
