We had our cat neutered there... firstly, at an exorbitant price of almost €200! On top of that, we got him back still under anesthesia, told he should wake up within the next 10 minutes... the whole ordeal then dragged on for almost 1 1/2 hours (!!!!!). It could have gone very wrong. I can only emphasize that you should never insist on having your pet returned under anesthesia! If something happens, the vet is off the hook. Take care of your animals!!

Didn't listen properly. An email with pictures and a description of my condition was sent. Yet, there was no response. Misdiagnosis. A ton of medications prescribed. None of them thinned my blood. When listening to my lungs and heart, they said, "Oh, that sounds muffled." There's also OEB involved. I mentioned a cough after exertion. Four days prior, I had been to the vet. Her weakness and inability to lie down... basically, she couldn't anymore. They said it was due to a slipped disc. NO. When I had to call the emergency vet four days after the last visit, it was too late. My girl, at nine and a half years old, had to be euthanized due to severe illness. Diagnosis on that particular day: Fluid in the lungs, severe heart failure, edema, thick blood. The list goes on. I could tell you so much more. My Nelly left this world on November 26, 2025, at 4:40 PM. Nothing and no one can undo this. Nevertheless, the fact remains that my pet suffered for weeks due to the symptoms, which I documented and sent each time, whether in pictures or videos. Clearly, I cannot recommend this. I had to give it one star because otherwise I couldn't submit this post! DANIELA BORGSCHULTE

Today was my first time at the vet's office with my cat. I received a very warm welcome and only had to wait 5 minutes. The vet and her assistants were friendly and gentle and explained everything clearly. The price for the treatment is very reasonable. We are very happy with the practice.
