I take my cat, Boncuk, to Mr. Seidel and his team for treatment and couldn't be happier. I would especially like to commend the outstanding support I received with my pet insurance. Mr. Seidel was extremely cooperative and provided me with the necessary medical records and all the required documents in no time – something that's not always a given these days! The practice is exceptionally well-organized, Mr. Seidel is highly competent, very helpful, and takes his time with the animals. It's clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Honestly, I can't understand the many negative reviews about Mr. Seidel. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my cat Simba. Ms. Schürfeld is also a wonderful veterinarian. I really have no complaints and am very satisfied with both vets. Furthermore, the price-performance ratio has always been excellent for me.
