Honestly, I can't understand the many negative reviews about Mr. Seidel. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my cat Simba. Ms. Schürfeld is also a wonderful veterinarian. I really have no complaints and am very satisfied with both vets. Furthermore, the price-performance ratio has always been excellent for me.
We spent a long time searching for a veterinary clinic to have our two cats, Misa and Anabel, spayed because we were very worried about our beloved pets. We also only recently arrived in Germany and don't yet speak the language well, which made us even more uncertain. Finally, we chose this clinic based on the reviews – and we haven't regretted it for a single moment. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. There's also a very nice staff member who speaks Russian, so we were able to communicate easily. Everything was explained to us in detail, including the prices for the services, and the entire team was very professional. We were so impressed with the staff's demeanor and professionalism that we decided not to even look at other clinics. During our first visit, veterinarian Nina was very understanding of our lack of German, and we communicated with the help of an interpreter throughout the entire process. I'd especially like to commend her attentiveness: she noticed a heart murmur in our cat, Misa. We then had an ultrasound done, and everything was explained to us very clearly – what it meant and how we should proceed. Later, we went for the spaying and neutering. Although we were very worried, everything went wonderfully. We were able to pick up our cats already awake. They had a good appetite and were very active. We even tried to limit their activity a little, as we had been advised beforehand. Today we went to the clinic to have the stitches removed. That also went very quickly, and the veterinarians said that everything has healed very well. We are incredibly happy that we chose this particular clinic. Thank you so much for the excellent service, the professional work, the attention, the patience, and the caring attitude towards the animals and their owners.
