We had our first appointment today (due to a lack of real alternatives) and we didn't regret it. The vet took his time with the animal, showing great empathy, and gave detailed explanations about what was being examined, why, and how he interpreted the results. We'll be back.

On Friday evening at 6:00 PM, I found a noticeably thickened wound on my cat, Mausi. As a new patient, I called the practice; the friendly assistant briefly consulted with the doctor. Then I was able to come in immediately, just before closing time. Dr. Gerlitzki treated Mausi's abscess professionally and with great care and understanding for both her and her pet. I will gladly return! Thank you!

For my two beloved cats, switching to Dr. Gerlitzki's practice was the best thing that could have happened. Every issue was met with professional advice, empathetic interaction with the cats, and no unnecessary nonsense. A fantastic team, wonderful doctors who give their all for the well-being of the animals they treat.
