For every concern, they always received professional advice, empathetic interaction with the cats, and no nonsense that owners don't need. A fantastic team, fantastic doctors who give their all for the well-being of the animals they treat. We came to the practice as new patients. A very empathetic doctor who takes his time. I'm only not giving him 5 stars because in my case, there was no assistant in the treatment room—I had to hold on to my wild Lilly, who was extremely nervous. We trust Dr. Gerlitzki completely.

Friday evening at 6:00 p.m., I discovered a noticeably thickened wound on my cat, Mausi. I called the practice as a new client; the friendly assistant briefly consulted with the doctor. Then I was allowed in right before closing time. Dr. Gerlitzki treated Mausi's abscess professionally and with great consideration and understanding for both humans and animals.
