Careful treatment with a right mindset
They have idea what they are doing. To young people for having a good veterinary experience ...
We've been customers of medivet with our French Bulldog since 2018. They are an absolutely lovely and dedicated team. Thanks to Ms. Hitzeler's expert care, Rosalie tolerated even the most difficult procedures with a tasty treat. Many thanks for all these years and here's to many more healthy years! 🩷
For many years, my poodle Archie has been a patient of Dr. Hitziger. Archie has always received competent and compassionate care there. We feel very well looked after and highly recommend Dr. Hitziger. Thank you for your professional help, Dr. Hitziger.
Never again! My 7-month-old dog had extreme diarrhea with blood in his stool, and I went there about 20 minutes before they were due to close! You could immediately tell they weren't interested and were just thinking about finishing work! Get this: the trainee acted like a vet and gave me something to take home, even though she knew what was wrong and had a photo of the bloody stool! Her advice: mix this into his food and it will harden his stool! And then, like a seasoned pro, she made a diagnosis sitting there without even examining the dog! What a natural! Thanks to a real vet about 2 km away, my dog is doing much, much better now. He had an infection, and his diet was changed for a few days with the help of two injections and other medications! When I told him about the previous incident, he just rolled his eyes and wasn't particularly surprised! It seems this isn't an isolated case. I also work in the service industry myself! If someone arrives 5 minutes before the end of the workday, I'll just add that time to the end; it's recorded by the time tracking system anyway! And if the situation is beyond my competence, I won't pretend to be important; it won't diminish me to admit it!
