I was very satisfied. The friendly staff were very caring and took great care of the cat. An ultrasound was performed, and everything was explained very well. Blood results were shared with me the next day (they called proactively), and my darling was able to receive help. We had almost given up, but our sweetheart is on the road to recovery.

This veterinary practice was recommended to me when our cat suddenly became ill on a Wednesday and our usual vet was closed. I called and got an appointment the same day. Yesterday we were there for the second time (again unplanned). Ms. Rohde and Ms. Braun (as well as the other staff members) were so empathetic, competent, and kind to both people and animals that we will definitely continue to use this practice from now on. I can recommend this veterinary practice 100%.
