Fantastic practice! We've been taking our cat there for a few years now, and they always take the time to answer all our questions and give honest answers. I never get the feeling that they're just trying to sell us something to make money – quite the opposite, in fact. We feel very comfortable here, and the vet techs are always so lovely! I've also never had any trouble getting through on the phone :) Highly recommended!

I took a friend's dog to Dr. Reich and her team today at short notice, and I'm so grateful. My friend's young male dog unfortunately didn't quite manage to navigate a curve in the woods and knocked over a tree 🙈. He needed stitches under light sedation. The little rascal isn't exactly the most level-headed, but they were incredibly attentive to him, and it went much better than I expected. Everything was explained to me very clearly, and they even took the upcoming holidays and the associated closures into account when planning the treatment. In short, I feel very well cared for by Dr. Kerstin Reich and her three friendly staff members today, and I received what I consider to be thoughtful, experienced, and professional treatment! The little rascal isn't exactly the most level-headed, but they were incredibly kind to him, and it went much better than I expected. (Important: In my opinion, a properly fitting muzzle should always be in your bag when visiting the vet, for everyone's protection. The injury shown here was certainly painful, and veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other people present need to be protected! Therefore, the dog wore a muzzle during the treatment for everyone's safety. - The team thanked me for this.) If I ever have to go to the vet (who wants to, anyway? 🤷🏽♀️), I'll gladly go here again! 😊
