Great practice! We've been here with our cat for a few years now, and they always take the time to answer all of our questions and give honest answers. I never feel like they're just trying to convince us to do something just to make money—quite the opposite. We feel incredibly comfortable here, and the veterinary assistants are always very kind! I've never had any problems getting through on the phone either :) Absolutely recommend it.

I 100% recommend this veterinary clinic, its staff, and its vet! My dog ​​had a serious bite wound, and they treated him without hesitation, explaining everything to me in detail afterward. This vet deserves 10 stars 🌟, because this has never happened to me before. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❣️

I took a friend's dog to Dr. Reich and her team today at short notice, and I'm so grateful. My friend's young male dog unfortunately didn't quite manage to navigate a curve in the woods and knocked over a tree 🙈. He needed stitches under light sedation. The little rascal isn't exactly the most level-headed, but they were incredibly attentive to him, and it went much better than I expected. Everything was explained to me very clearly, and they even took the upcoming holidays and the associated closures into account when planning the treatment. In short, I feel very well cared for by Dr. Kerstin Reich and her three friendly staff members today, and I received what I consider to be thoughtful, experienced, and professional treatment! The little rascal isn't exactly the most level-headed, but they were incredibly kind to him, and it went much better than I expected. (Important: In my opinion, a properly fitting muzzle should always be in your bag when visiting the vet, for everyone's protection. The injury shown here was certainly painful, and veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other people present need to be protected! Therefore, the dog wore a muzzle during the treatment for everyone's safety. - The team thanked me for this.) If I ever have to go to the vet (who wants to, anyway? 🤷🏽‍♀️), I'll gladly go here again! 😊
