I took my retro pug there after I didn't know what was wrong with her. It must have been poisoning, but we got everything under control really well. The vet was able to calm not only my dog ​​but me too. He explained things clearly and convincingly. He also offered immediate help over the phone, since we don't live nearby. Now that I've had to see another vet in the area, I've realized how wonderful and empathetic this vet was. Unfortunately, he's retiring, and I hope we can continue seeing his successor. We'll try to travel a few extra kilometers to ensure our pets remain in good hands. Because animals are family.

I took my dog ​​Maja there last week because she wasn't feeling well. I used to feel very comfortable there, but this time I'm incredibly disappointed. It's no longer about helping the animal, but just about squeezing out as much money as possible. I've already been warned by others who switched vets. Unnecessary pills that drive up the price of treatment are now standard practice. They don't take back pills taken from partially used packages, but I wasn't told there was no return policy. Because of 27 euros, my dog ​​and I are now banned from the premises!!! So the rumors were true. This place no longer cares about the animal's well-being, and people with limited funds shouldn't go there anymore. It's sad what's become of this practice!!!

I arrived today, a Sunday, after a brief phone call to schedule an appointment with my cat, as an emergency. Even during the initial phone call, the veterinarian, Dr. Rox, had already asked me quite a bit about her medical history. I had a good feeling right from the start. And indeed, I was very impressed! Never in the past eight years has my cat been so well-behaved and calm. Dr. Rox did an excellent job with the treatment. She was very competent, empathetic, and kind. She took the time to thoroughly examine my cat and patiently explained everything regarding the treatment to me. We didn't have to wait at all; we were seen immediately. The practice rooms were also bright and clean. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for this incredibly wonderful treatment. I highly recommend her!
