Rabea and her team came to treat my gelding and mare. I was thrilled with how gently they handled both horses, as that's not always the case. They explained everything to me, let me see and feel for myself, and gave me tips for everyday life. Everything was fantastic! I would highly recommend them. The appointment was slightly delayed because a small emergency patient came up, but that didn't bother me. Emergencies take priority.

Unfortunately, very disappointing! If you have Rabea as a local veterinarian, she's probably really good. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby and have to rely on online consultations. Based on Ariane Telgen's repeated recommendations in her videos, I decided to book an online consultation with Rabea. Unfortunately, she didn't show up for the scheduled appointment – ​​and this happened four more times! When we finally got around to the phone call, it was very hectic, and we were interrupted several times. I'm very understanding and know that being a veterinarian can be stressful. However, for the price, I simply expect a different kind of consultation and that she takes the time to do it properly. If she's not capable of that, she shouldn't offer this online service! After this single call, despite our prior agreement, I haven't heard from her since! It's a shame; I had hoped for more than a single 15-minute phone call, which, of course, had to be paid for immediately upon booking!

I am very satisfied with veterinarian Rabea Neubaum-Otte. I got to know her through videos on YouTube. Since she lives five hours away and I would love to come to her, but the distance makes that impossible, I used her online consultation service. On the day of my appointment, I was able to contact her via WhatsApp and phone between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. I could also send her videos and pictures. Rabea was very helpful; she is truly competent and genuinely cares about animals. She explains things clearly so that they are easy to understand. I implemented all of her advice, and my horse is doing well again. The best part is that if you have any further questions afterward, even later regarding the follow-up treatment with your regular vet, you can still ask them. She wants to be kept informed until your horse has been helped and is feeling better. I think the price is perfectly reasonable, especially considering what I would have to pay for travel, a house call, and then a consultation without an examination. Rabea was very helpful. I have never received such competent and unobtrusive advice from a veterinarian. Here, the horse is the focus, and time is taken to examine everything thoroughly. Rabea deserves at least 6 out of 5 stars. Booking a dental appointment online was super easy. She arrived on time.
