The best veterinary practice we've ever taken our dog Eddy to. The team always takes plenty of time, is incredibly competent, and offers many positive aspects. You really feel well cared for and safe here. Absolutely recommended!
Today I visited the practice for the first time with my dog Emily because she was in a lot of pain when walking and our walks were getting shorter and shorter. I was able to get an appointment the same day without any problems. Everything was explained thoroughly, and every question was answered calmly and professionally. Since I had exhausted all conventional treatment options, the monthly injection for arthritis was recommended. I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent treatment and left feeling much better about Emily. Many thanks to the entire team. I will definitely continue to use this practice. :-) Best regards, Matthias and Emily
We had an injured chicken, were able to come in immediately, and it was treated right away. The service was excellent, both professionally and personally; we'll gladly come back. Thank you for everything!
My daughter and I took a stray, sick cat to the vet today. Beforehand, I received competent and compassionate advice over the phone from the vet's assistant. At the practice, Dr. Feige treated the cat and gave us thorough, heartfelt, and expert advice. Unfortunately, the cat had to be euthanized. The practice has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere in the entrance area, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. Everyone took their time, explained the treatment options, and made sure everything was age-appropriate for my daughter (7 years old). I can therefore highly recommend this practice!
Even though it's been two years, I still want to share my experience. I had to have my beloved cat euthanized at the emergency vet clinic around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. She was suffering terribly, and I had no choice. I just wanted her to finally pass away peacefully. In that moment, you don't think about money, only about your pet. I understand that it was very early in the morning and that you probably don't feel like dealing with an animal at that hour. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated a bit more compassion and calm. Unfortunately, the vet wasn't very gentle with my cat, and I didn't even get a proper chance to say goodbye. On top of that, I was billed around €350. I know that emergency vet services are more expensive, but I find it sad that the higher rate was charged immediately in such a moment. Even though it's been two years, the experience still haunts me. In such an emotional situation, you simply wish for more compassion and understanding.
