Besides the truly loving way they treated my dog, I especially appreciated being able to look into her eyes. They explained exactly what I was seeing and how everything was connected. They completely put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!

It's obvious this is all about profit, not the animal's well-being. A botched operation by the head vet has resulted in exorbitant costs of €8,000. Not recommended at all – no explanation, no communication, just blatant malice. Absolutely not recommended. The reception staff couldn't even manage to transfer the information from the pet's passport.

I took my dog ​​to the clinic for a corneal abrasion. A very competent veterinarian examined and treated him.

My dog ​​🐕 was euthanized there two weeks ago, and I told them he should go to Rosen Garten. The vet even told me they would take care of everything, but I still haven't heard anything from Rosen Garten. I called them today, and they knew nothing about it. My dog ​​is still lying at the vet's office. I'm so disappointed 😞 and heartbroken to do something like that to an animal. My heart is breaking. I'm waiting and waiting, and they're leaving him there like a piece of trash. He was by my side for 16 years, and no one has even contacted me about what's going to happen to my dog ​​after 14 days. Such an outrage!

Excellent professional care, as quality is valued over quantity. Many of my animals' lives have been saved here over the past 30 years.
