We went straight to Dr. Bey and his team as an emergency, and unfortunately, we were ultimately faced with a very difficult decision. But they couldn't have supported us better. We received all the information and diagnostics we needed to make a sound and safe decision. For us, they offered just the right amount of empathy and professionalism. They did everything necessary, but nothing unnecessary. And in the end, the bill was very fair. Yes, there was a bit of a wait—but honestly, if I had a colicky horse, I would also expect to be given priority. They were extremely understanding that things weren't always on time.
