We were seen directly by Dr. Bey and his team as an emergency case, and unfortunately, we ended up facing a very difficult decision. But we couldn't have asked for better support. We received all the necessary information and diagnostics to make a sound and informed decision. For us, it was exactly the right balance of empathy and professionalism. Everything necessary was done, but nothing unnecessary. And in the end, the billing was very fair. Yes, there were a few waiting times – but honestly, if I had a horse with colic, I would expect to be seen first, too. They completely understood that things weren't always exactly on time.
