Came here with my Cat for removal of a tooth and dental clean up which had been done very well by Dr. Natalia who seems to be the head veterinarian, she is clearly very competent, kind as well as ready to answer all questions I had thoroughly and satisfactorily. Prices are fair and transparent and the place is kept very clean, something many veterinary practices lack. Only complaint was the rude and unacceptable behaviour of Victoria Mitowa, the stand in vet speaking broken German who got emotional, contemptuous and dismissive to some very basic questions I had about tests and medication for further study on my own. She essentially kicked me out implying we’re done, although I very much wanted to do the tests. I would not let her anywhere near my Cat or my Self ever again and doubt I’ll be back. She also didn’t prepare my Cat for pick up on the agreed time after the surgery and I had to insist getting her back, my Cat was shaking and tremoring, clearly not having been handled gently and was on a dirty pad soaked in all sort of bodily fluids. Complete deal breaker although the head veterinarian Dr. Natalia as well as the veterinary assistant Corinna were fantastic, courteous and helped my little girl fast and with great care and competence.

Excellent care. This practice is the best we've find in Berlin. We've visited other very modern practices, but the veterinarians didn't have a clue what they were doing! Everything here has been very professional and informative throughout the treatment process for our dog, Lupe! Don't hesitate to visit them; you won't regret it. Thank you so much for your attention, girls.

Money focused clinic. I brought a rat that was dying. 2 young women were very compassionate about the case. They gave me options and nicely explained what may happen next. We decided to euthanase him. Third, an old woman came in and inspected the little one. Her behaviour is rather outrageous for someone who works with animals. Younger girls wanted to give him a last shot right away but because it was free of charge, the older woman shouted to put the rat in the box, and let him suffer until they were done with other clients. You could see shame in girls faces. Really sad. It's the older woman with tattoos who doesn't care about the animals welfare. It's the first time, I've experienced such treatment from a vet. To the younger women: please don't become heartless like your colleague. Edit: you missed the point. Your job was to euthanase the rat right away to finish his pain but you rather focus on people that came with money. Life is life, no matter if it's a wild animal or a pet. You let him suffer instead of doing a 5 min routine. You could have gained a good customer. Now, all there is left, is a bad taste.

Best vet I found in Berlin !! My cat was crazy allergic and started to lose her hair, was licking herself 24/7 and very anxious….(me too) and I was so thankful to have a new diagnostic (other vet I saw told me it’s stress, and gave me some weird Xanax for cat - ew)!! They even gave me proper vet food to start the new diet as soon as we got back home! My cat is getting better and I know we will find solutions together! Also the price concern is met! Recommend !
