I totally recommend Patrick! He is super nice with my dog and he is always making him feel comfortable. The personal are very gentil as well. They explain me everything with detail, and very transparent. Also, my dog has been there in a few occasions and always make me feel calm down from the beginning, they understand that my dog is my family. ♥️ Also, prices to me are fair and they answer all my questions. I can communicate in German but they also offer me English in any case.

He gave medicine for my cat's fungus, but forgot to tell me to do the same with my second cat. And he refused to check how the medicine worked out in a follow-up visit. He asked for money for a second visit.

I moved to Britz with my two-year-old Papillon this fall, and today was our first visit to the veterinary practice for his vaccinations. My dog ​​started to relax in the waiting room and even went curiously into the examination room. I found Ms. Winkler and Mr. Bolz to be exceptionally pleasant and kind. They gave me a thorough explanation, and my dog ​​didn't even seem to notice the vaccination. We will definitely go there from now on. I highly recommend this practice.

I took my pregnant cat to the vet hoping for clear and competent advice. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The vet barely took any time to thoroughly examine my cat. Instead of a proper examination, he merely estimated how many kittens she might be having and what stage of pregnancy she was in. My requests for more clarity and reassurance were ignored. I found it particularly problematic that he refused to perform an ultrasound. Especially in such a sensitive situation, I would have liked to know more precisely how my cat and the unborn kittens were doing. Without this examination, I was left with a lot of uncertainty. In addition, the vet didn't explain how I should behave in the coming days or weeks. I wasn't given important information about preparing for the birth or what I needed to pay attention to. Overall, I felt I wasn't taken seriously and received poor advice. Especially with a pregnant cat, sensitive, thorough, and informative care is crucial – unfortunately, that's exactly what I lacked in this case. Unfortunately, everything now boils down to making a quick buck. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Patrick O. Bolz is my third veterinarian. I've been extremely satisfied with him after two previous visits. At the first appointment, Bella received her microchip and hepatitis vaccinations, and was lovingly cared for.
