Very clear and professional explanation for our cat. It was a challenging operation but the staff handled it very well. Very grateful.

I have been using felmo the past 6 mths for our old Beagle, Spotty. I appreciate the ease of booking appointments through the app, we had Spotty vaccinated and a pre-anesthesia blood test at home. Doctors are very professional and caring. The blood test I wish we would have done at the hospital as it ended up being extremely messy at home given our doggo has super thick blood... we also had Spotty's teeth cleaned at the hospital, again excellent care, great communication. Not the cheapest vet care, but we have experienced extremely high quality so worth it. A blood test is 300 eur and the tooth cleaning ended up being 900 (may vary based on how your pet reacts to anesthesia). I do recommend felmo for the high quality, empathic and professional care.

I am very satisfied with the castration. My cat is doing great, and the team at Felmo was extremely kind and professional. He’s now super relaxed, and we’re very happy with Felmo Tempelhof. I’m also impressed by the detailed information about the operation available in the app — I could even monitor the components of the anesthesia. The doctor spoke excellent English and conveyed great empathy.

Went in for an Ultraschall appointment on Friday. Everyone was super nice. My dog is not the easiest when it comes to doctors but they were great. They made us both feel at ease and were very accommodating!

I am changing my vet that i use for 6 years to go to Felmo and Dr. Trixi ♥️ My dog Bob suddenly got very sick on 23th December, I found the closest Vet in my area. They took us in immediately and Dr Trixi and 2 nurses made Bob feel as comfortable as possible. We were there for 2 hours, he was put on a drip and many tests were made. Dr wanted to do everything to make Bob feel better as there were Christmas holidays in next days. And they did such an amazing job. Bob walked out looking like a different dog. Words cannot express how grateful i am to Dr Trixi and 2 nurses, they were so sweet a kind with Bob and clinic itself is very modern and they even did blood tests and results were back immediately. Thank you again so much, it was very scary experience to see your pet so sick but staff in this clinic made everything better. We left from there with many medications that Bob needed to take, and extra little things like for instance leberwust paste that is useful when giving pills to your dog. I am 100% changing my vet! Thank you for saving my Bob and saving our holidays
