Ms. Scholz is a self-assured individual whose only concern is her practice budget. As a result, especially for older patients, you only receive basic care—if anything at all—in the form of vitamins on a private prescription. She doesn't consider a referral to a specialist necessary for elderly patients. The perpetually grumpy receptionists complete the overall picture of the practice. The initial impression is good, but once you look behind the scenes, I can only advise everyone against seeking treatment there. If you have a serious problem, you're left to fend for yourself, and they don't even take the time for a proper consultation, instead hiding behind their assistant. All in all, if you're truly in need, you'll be ignored at this practice.

Incredibly unfriendly. I booked a blood test online. After a five-week wait, I finally arrived and was treated so rudely that I was asked how I could possibly book it as a non-patient. This information isn't mentioned anywhere, and I was paying for it, after all. All in all, unfriendly, accusatory, and completely overwhelmed. A true reflection of society these days! Sad!

Since my family doctor passed away, I was looking for a new doctor. I ended up seeing Ms. Biersack at her practice. A wonderful practice, a super-caring doctor. She really takes her time (I don't know when my concerns were last taken so seriously, THANK YOU FOR THAT). I highly recommend her.

Ms. Scholz is a very dedicated and competent family doctor. She devotes a lot of time to her patients and is available in the practice as early as 6 a.m. Even late at night, she answers written inquiries – a commitment rarely seen these days. Her courteous and empathetic manner inspires trust, and you feel like you're in excellent hands. My mother has been her patient for many years, and we have been consistently very satisfied. I can't understand some of the negative reviews at all. We wish there were more doctors like Ms. Scholz!
