Gabriele Brocker-Werner Tierarzt

We've now switched to Ms. Brocker-Werner for our second dog. She's a wonderful, calm, caring, and empathetic vet. She takes her time. She listens to our needs, and all questions are always answered thoroughly. I can't imagine a better practice for our animals. Our surgery on our older terrier this week also went extremely well, and he received excellent care. Here, you get the feeling that the focus is on the person and the animal, not the money. It's great that something like this still exists.

Today I was incredibly disappointed for the first time. While the staff were friendly, the euthanasia was secondary. It was all about the money. My little one was left uncaringly outside in a bin. When I came to pick her up, they dragged her out of the bin and stuffed her into the box I'd brought with me like a sack. I'm speechless and outraged. I've never experienced anything like this before. Simply the worst... I used to be so satisfied, but now I can't recommend them at all. So sad, so sad

We've been taking our various animals to Ms. Brocker-Werner for years. She and her entire team are simply fantastic at handling all kinds of fur, even the most challenging animals. Their calm demeanor is a real help to both the animals and their owners. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We are very satisfied and can only recommend them. The waiting room is always very full, and you have to wait for a long time. On the other hand, when it's your turn, they take their time with both the person and the animal. We came here with our first pets, so we never compared prices. After moving, we also had to change doctors. In retrospect, I have to say that the prices weren't cheap.

A truly lovely veterinarian and team. I've been taking my cats there for 20 years, and I've never once seen the doctor in a bad mood. She's incredibly friendly, competent, and treats both the animals and their owners with such kindness. The whole team is fantastic! Even during the pandemic, they were exceptionally well-organized and implemented excellent hygiene protocols.
