One can only be glad that this woman doesn't have an emergency service in the district when one's own animal needs urgent help. It's unbelievable how unsympathetic, unfriendly, and arrogant a veterinarian can be. Her professional competence is also questionable. If you value your animal, you should steer clear of Ms. Schlenzig! It's better to drive to Jena on the weekend if your own veterinarian is unavailable.
