My cat was in pain and had trouble getting up. He's also an older gentleman, and during my first visit to the practice, he received a thorough examination, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for anesthesia and X-rays. He also had his nails clipped, his claws trimmed, and a tooth extracted. After a few days, I received a call with the results and was able to come in right away to pick up the medication. I also had to get medication for my little cat. She's shy and doesn't want to go outside, especially not to the vet – it's so stressful! I brought all the paperwork and photos with me. Mr. Schaumburg contacted the previous vet and then gave me the medication. The team was friendly, and I received excellent advice. Thanks to all the tests and X-rays, my cat was able to get the help he needed. Thanks to the vet's personal initiative, my little cat didn't have to go outside. I'm very satisfied. Attached are two photos of our sunny cats. We won't be taking pictures of my cat with a haircut. The main thing is that he's healthy and happy. Right now he's a punk rocker, and in the fall he'll be a ball of fluff again.
We went there for the first time without an appointment. My son found a kitten. We were greeted warmly and the kitten was thoroughly examined. They gave it flea spray and a worming injection, and also provided us with Spot One treatment. All this for the princely sum of €88. 🙈 But I guess that's normal these days, isn't it?
Friendly and welcoming reception, the veterinarian was competent and friendly and explained everything I needed to do after the treatment. Very pleasant atmosphere, everything was excellent.
The staff are friendly and always quick to help. However, there's no place for customers to drink and no air conditioning. It's unbearably hot in the practice during the summer.
The vet had absolutely no patience and was extremely rough with my cat. When the cat resisted, he labeled him extremely uncooperative and announced that he would only continue treating him under anesthesia. Furthermore, he doesn't really listen; the man just goes through the motions without paying any attention to either the person or the animal. My cat doesn't scratch, bite, or hiss; he's very affectionate and cuddly and seeks human company. I've never seen him like this before. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him.
