I've had animals for 38 years... I've encountered countless veterinarians in various states... but Dr. Philipp simply blows me away!!! Absolutely dedicated and empathetic!!! She even made time on the weekend to reassure me and treat my animals. Regarding other reviews, dear Dr. Philipp, you are welcome to raise your fees to match those of other veterinarians, because such love for animals and such compassion truly deserve recognition. Many thanks for everything from all my cats and me!!!
I took my cat there. I didn't have an appointment, it was a public holiday. I had to wait a long time, but that had been announced beforehand. The vet actually took a lot of time and cared very well for my cat. I'm very satisfied and will gladly continue to take my pets to this practice.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Philipp and her team. We took our cat to her practice after he became seriously ill very quickly. He was in excellent hands and received perfect care. The loving way she treated him and answered our many questions made this practice a truly special place. The support she provided during his final journey was also very important to us, and here too, the farewell was made as comfortable as possible for him and for us, especially by giving us plenty of time.
This practice used to be top-notch. Now, as a regular customer of over 20 years, you have to pay an emergency service fee of €50 on Saturdays, and double that on Saturdays. That's absolutely outrageous, especially since we had an emergency with our pet. Then, after a lengthy examination, the vet recommended surgery and referred the patient to Elversberg! Of course, we didn't go to Elversberg, but to the small animal center in Köllerthal, and there they told us that they definitely don't operate on things like that. The foreign object got in naturally and should come out naturally as well. The new vet charged us over €500 for the multi-day treatment. And she even used black ointment once! This practice is only interested in making money and no longer cares about the animal's well-being. Unnecessarily long treatments, just to make sure the bill is high. This practice will never see us again.
