Reviews
Dr. Pfeiffer is a very competent and friendly person. Unfortunately, he could do nothing more for my cat's misdiagnosed bone cancer. We had no choice but to have her euthanized. Dr. Pfeiffer made the process as comfortable as possible for all of us. Thank you.
I am very satisfied with the treatment my turtle received. The vet was extremely competent, friendly, and took plenty of time to explain everything in detail. You can tell there is genuine interest and experience with reptiles. My turtle was examined thoroughly, and the recommendations were very helpful. Highly recommended – thank you for the excellent care!
I called the emergency number at 12:30 a.m. Sunday night because my cat had a severely infected scratch, and was told off for saying it wasn't an emergency. The wound looks much larger and worse just 12 hours after the call. Why do people without hearts see veterinarians? What could possibly cause an animal's condition to deteriorate? Sleep? Comfort.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience treating livestock. Other veterinarians have significantly better methods for castrations, and unfortunately, they don't provide proper advice either. Not to mention the cost of out-of-town visits. The travel costs are high. Veterinarians who come from further away have significantly better rates. I would definitely advise against using them for ruminants.
We feel very comfortable at this practice. The open consultation hours are great, and we've never had to wait long. The animals are treated with genuine care. They're not just a number. The atmosphere in the practice is very calm, personal, and pleasant. They address each problem thoroughly and take it seriously. They take their time and always have a smile. I've never experienced surgery quite like this before. My dog was allowed to fall asleep with me, and I was able to pick him up directly from the veterinary assistants in the examination room. This was very nice for both me and my dog, as he greeted me with a wagging tail and didn't run out of the vet in a panic, as is unfortunately often the case at other practices. We both really enjoy going here and highly recommend this uncomplicated practice.
