Reviews
We feel very comfortable at this practice. The open consultation hours are great, and we've never had to wait long. The animals are treated with genuine care. They're not just a number. The atmosphere in the practice is very calm, personal, and pleasant. They address each problem thoroughly and take it seriously. They take their time and always have a smile. I've never experienced surgery quite like this before. My dog was allowed to fall asleep with me, and I was able to pick him up directly from the veterinary assistants in the examination room. This was very nice for both me and my dog, as he greeted me with a wagging tail and didn't run out of the vet in a panic, as is unfortunately often the case at other practices. We both really enjoy going here and highly recommend this uncomplicated practice.
Dr. Pfeiffer is a very competent and friendly person. Unfortunately, he could do nothing more for my cat's misdiagnosed bone cancer. We had no choice but to have her euthanized. Dr. Pfeiffer made the process as comfortable as possible for all of us. Thank you.
I am very satisfied with the treatment my tortoise received. The veterinarian was extremely competent and friendly, and took plenty of time to explain everything thoroughly. It's clear that she has genuine interest in and experience with reptiles. My tortoise was examined carefully, and the recommendations were very helpful. Highly recommended – thank you so much for the excellent care!
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this veterinarian regarding treatment of farm animals. Other vets have significantly better methods for castrations, and unfortunately, proper consultation isn't provided. Not to mention the cost of out-of-town visits. Travel fees are exorbitant. Veterinarians who travel further away have considerably better rates. I would definitely advise against this vet for ruminants.
I called the emergency number at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday night because my cat had a badly infected scratch, and I was snapped at for it not being an emergency. Just 12 hours after the call, the wound looks much bigger and worse. Why are people without hearts veterinarians? What possible reasons could there be for an animal's condition to worsen? Sleep? Convenience?
