Very friendly and easy-going, she too her time to look at our cat and to explain every aspect of his condition, asked us a ton of questions. And all that on a Saturday! It was well worth the trip by car from Basel to see her because the consultation prices are much more affordable than in Switzerland (especially on a Saturday).
