Reviews
A truly wonderful veterinarian...the best thing in the world for us. With so much heart...a wonderful, empathetic person...always there for us, day and night. The whole family is simply top-notch. I would never want to be without Dr. Anne. A lifelong connection for my dog and me.
Ms. Horstmann took a great deal of time today for our very anxious rescue dog and treated her with great calm and understanding. The receptionist was also very friendly. We are very grateful for this opportunity; it is not something to be taken for granted.
The emergency vet clearly lacked both the motivation and the necessary expertise. They sent our cat, not even a year old at the time, home with only suspected diagnoses and injections. The next day, they reassured us that everything was fine. A day later, she had emergency surgery elsewhere for a perforated bowel, which was already three days old. She fought for 12 days but didn't make it. Thanks a lot for a dead cat!!! Mistakes happen. Inadequate diagnostics because "it's already late" should be illegal!
I went there today, but unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my cat. Mrs. Horstmann was there with me, she was really super friendly.
A very good and friendly veterinarian. The staff is also super nice.
