It's fascinating when you're told on the phone that they're legally prohibited from disclosing prices for deworming and vaccinations (reasoning that people could then compare prices), but the next vet you call does so immediately and says it's nonsense. They say you can see the prices online and that they're bound by certain regulations... very interesting...
