The way our 26-year-old, seriously ill cat was treated was completely inappropriate, as was the way I, as his owner, was treated. Ultimately, he had to be euthanized by another veterinarian. But that's not the point. The manner of his treatment is what prompted me to write this. I hope this honest and constructive review won't be deleted.
