Our dog had torn off both front claws, and we were able to get an appointment at short notice. Very nice veterinarian with competent advice.
Needed to get our dog wormed and his Pet Passport stamped to return to the UK. Saw us 2hrs after calling, and only charged us €5 for the Passport paperwork. Spoke very good English, and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
I took my poodle to Mr. Köpf because of an ear infection. He took plenty of time and explained everything very well. The dog received excellent care.
