The only problem I have is that the paperwork states 24-hour availability for patients, and unfortunately, I've been disappointed twice and didn't know what to do with my dog. Excellent staff at reception. Competent and friendly. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. No waiting times. Dr. Puymann is very good with dogs and has been able to help our dogs for over 40 years. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment at his practice.

I had an emergency with my cat, who needed immediate treatment, and I got an appointment right away. Unfortunately, the journey took 15 minutes longer due to traffic from harvesters; I was on the road for an hour. I was then told that the cat wouldn't be treated because I was late. I practically begged for him to at least receive a pain injection, but this was refused. In my opinion, that's not a vet who takes their job seriously, and that's the end of it. I then received immediate care from a vet 25 km away...

Our dog received tremendous help after a poisoning. All steps were explained, and they worked with us to decide whether or not to proceed with treatment. Dr. Puymann certainly saved our dog's life, and we are very grateful for that. The rest of the team also did everything necessary to improve his condition and more. Thank you to the entire team for everything!!! 👍😀

Dr. Puymann is a very experienced and good veterinarian; I can entrust my dog ​​to him with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, we were spoken to very rudely by a woman at the reception desk, and we were absolutely displeased with her subsequent behavior.
