I had a very positive experience with Dr. Friesen and his team. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and ensures smooth and efficient care. I would particularly like to emphasize that they even arranged an appointment for me for further examination at the hospital. This is outstanding service that you don't find everywhere.

Despite being a previous patient at the practice, I was turned away with a severe heart attack. My family doctor recommended I go in person with my hospital discharge papers to demonstrate the urgent need for further treatment, yet I was still refused as a registered and acute patient. It's a matter of life and death, but the receptionists make decisions based on their whims. Doctor shortage – yes, understandable, but priorities can be set anywhere. Rejection based on the fact that everything was fine two years ago???

My first visit to the practice was surprisingly good. A competent and friendly team, and appointments were scheduled quickly. I felt very well cared for. The doctor explained everything very well and conducted the examinations precisely and with plenty of time. Questions were answered clearly. I can highly recommend this practice.

This was my first time at the practice, and from the initial phone call—yes, someone still answers the phone personally here!!!—to the final consultation, I can only give it a 10/10 rating!
