I've been there with all my animals, cats and dogs alike. It seems there's a current trend of embarrassing pet owners because of their animals' supposed weight... regardless of the specific issue. Anyone who wants to endure that is welcome to go and be insulted without any explanation of the actual problem.
Thank you so much for the treatment of Rose, my beloved dog. Ms. Krajewski and all her team members were always professional, competent, and empathetic. We've been taking our dogs there for years and are very satisfied.
