Nicky has been a patient of yours for many years, and once again you have shown us why we trust your practice so much. Yesterday's surgery and simultaneous dental treatment were performed with the utmost professionalism, calm, and care. Your friendly and empathetic care—both to Nicky and to me—means the world to me. With every visit, it's clear how much experience, expertise, and genuine love for animals you put into your work. For me, your practice has been one of the very best for years, and I am always grateful that Nicky is in such good hands with you. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. Both a consultation appointment and a later appointment for my cat's heart ultrasound resulted in high costs without any corresponding service being provided. Before the heart ultrasound, I wasn't informed that the examination could only be performed if my cat remained absolutely still. Despite this, my cat was partially shaved, tightly restrained, and subjected to considerable stress, even though the examination was ultimately aborted. Nevertheless, I was still charged. I found the way my pet was treated, as well as the organization and transparency of the practice, to be very problematic and would expect significantly more information and care.

I'll start from the beginning: very friendly reception and a very nice team, as far as I could tell. The wait was relatively short. The doctor was very kind and competent. All in all, it took about 30 minutes, which I think is more than acceptable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The price-performance ratio is also good. So, I hope I haven't forgotten anything! Have a nice day everyone!

Dr. Sandra Pühringer is an incredibly wonderful doctor. We can only say we were incredibly lucky to have gone there. Even without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed; our Archi wouldn't be here today without her quick and, above all, competent response. My little devil won't let anyone touch him. She managed to examine him thoroughly without any problems, and her immediate treatment saved his life. I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We arrived with our cat in very poor condition—she had a nosebleed and was suffering greatly. The vet only gave her a €200 injection and told us to wait, even though no injection could have helped in such a case. An X-ray was immediately taken at another clinic and the diagnosis was a ruptured brain hematoma. Unfortunately, she had to be put down. We wasted time, money, and our animal suffering needlessly.
