I've been taking my dog to this vet for many years and am consistently very satisfied. She's always reliable, takes plenty of time, and treats my pet with love and empathy. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. I especially appreciate her calm and humane manner; you always feel well cared for and taken seriously. Thank you so much for your trust, your care, and the time you always give!
Dr. Heinrichs is a very kind and empathetic veterinarian. I've visited her with both my cats and my dog. I feel well cared for, can ask all the questions I have, and always feel well supported.
I have been bringing my Boxers to Dr. Heinrichs for many years and am very impressed by the competent and empathetic treatment my dogs receive.
My high level of satisfaction with Dr. Heinrichs and her staff is evident in the fact that I've been taking my animals to her for over 25 years. Yesterday, I had to take my almost 18-year-old Yorkshire Terrier to the practice because he was suffering from severe bladder problems, and given his age, I feared the worst. Dr. Heinrichs was on vacation, and there was "only" a substitute vet. To my great surprise, the substitute was Dr. Heinrichs' daughter. What can I say? The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. She handled my dog with such competence, kindness, and empathy. I'm talking about a dog who weighs only 5 kg but develops tremendous strength when he's at the vet. What I found particularly impressive was that the young Dr. Heinrichs, taking his age into account, first suggested a gentle treatment with an anti-inflammatory, saying that if that didn't help, they could still do the full range of tests (X-rays, blood work, etc.). And what can I say, the little one is already feeling much better. Five stars for this treatment 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a thumbs up 👍.

The individual care, treatment, and advice are professional, empathetic, friendly, reliable, and exceptionally competent from start to finish! This feeling of excellent care begins when scheduling an appointment and continues the moment you enter the practice. Whatever your concern or problem, this practice provides expert help for both the animal and its owner. We now gladly travel almost 100 km (one way) because Dr. Heinrichs and her team are more than worth the effort for us and our pet! We booked our next appointment at this practice today!
