Yesterday, I had to take my almost 18-year-old Yorkshire Terrier to the practice because he was suffering from severe bladder problems, and given his age, I feared the worst. Dr. Heinrichs was on vacation, and there was "only" a substitute vet. To my great surprise, the substitute was Dr. Heinrichs' daughter. What can I say? The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. She handled my dog ​​with such competence, kindness, and empathy. I'm talking about a dog who weighs only 5 kg but develops tremendous strength when he's at the vet. What I found particularly impressive was that the young Dr. Heinrichs, taking his age into account, first suggested a gentle treatment with an anti-inflammatory, saying that if that didn't help, they could still do the full range of tests (X-rays, blood work, etc.). And what can I say, the little one is already feeling much better. Five stars for this treatment 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a thumbs up 👍.
