My daughter and I took our two guinea pigs there for the first time today. Even on the phone when making the appointment, I received exceptionally friendly advice. Ms. Sturm and her assistant were wonderful at the appointment itself—very friendly and empathetic. As guinea pig novices, everything was explained to us in detail. Our two guinea pigs were examined with great care, and we received valuable tips. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice with its warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I've been going there for years with all my babies. The entire team is truly friendly, helpful, and competent. Questions and follow-up questions are answered patiently, professionally, and empathetically. Both animals and their owners are in very good hands there.
