A fantastic practice and a wonderful team. A huge thank you again for all the efforts that helped our little four-legged friend get back on her feet. It's thanks to this practice that the illness was detected in time and our dog is doing so well again! Here, the animal and its health are the top priority, cared for by a superb team whose friendly and competent approach also wins over the owner.

My Dog Eloy's favorite place is this Praxis! He is always extremely excited once we arrive, he knows, he will get the best treatment, pettings, and leckerlis! All the staff is sweet, caring and kind. And Dr. Nadine is simply the best in her branch! The knowledge she passes on, the tips and the time she takes to answer all your questions is something i have not experienced before. i know that my dogs will be in best hands. Wonderful practice, lovingly furnished, complimentary drinks, and all the staff are consistently friendly and incredibly kind to the animals! The practice animals (cats and some terrarium creatures) are also absolutely adorable 🥹 Thanks to the amazing team at the practice, my crested gecko, Alduin, was finally able to move into his permanent terrarium healthy after his quarantine and treatment. I was looking for a trustworthy and empathetic veterinarian. She won me over within minutes. You immediately sense that she not only possesses incredible expertise but is also incredibly empathetic towards both animals and people. Animal welfare and species-appropriate husbandry are very important to her. She made sure our dwarf lop rabbit was comfortable. She wanted him to feel at ease. It was important to her to understand who he was and what his needs were. She gave us lots of helpful tips and even showed us around her practice. On the phone, and as soon as you arrive at the practice, you're greeted by a wonderfully empathetic and compassionate person. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember her name. She manages reception and assists the veterinarians. I've already bombarded her with questions several times. She takes her time, is patient, and very empathetic. She listens and takes her time. We're so glad we found this gem. Keep up the great work, dear team! At least now we're no longer afraid of the vet.
