A huge thank you to the veterinarians and the entire team. I've been a regular patient with my two dogs for about eight years now, and I trust all the vets and staff there completely. You can always call and know you'll be taken seriously; they do everything possible to get you seen in an emergency, and even when you're there, I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. Thanks to the many staff members, everything is incredibly well-organized, and there's always enough staff available during treatment to help restrain my behaviorally challenged dog or my little calf. For months, I've been worried sick about my older dog, and I've always received help, support, expertise, and above all, so much warmth. This long-standing relationship of trust is truly invaluable. Excellent practice. We've always had good experiences. (So far with guinea pigs, and since last summer also with a dog.) The staff's loving way with the animals and their honest advice are particularly noteworthy. While we hope we won't have to come too often, we feel very well cared for.

I have never paid anywhere near this much for comparable treatment for my cat at any other veterinarian. I was stunned when I received the bill. Note regarding your response: I was not informed about this beforehand; otherwise, I would not have had the dental treatment done at your practice.
