With Dr. Augustin, I feel my cats are in the best hands. You can tell that the animals' well-being is always the top priority. When we had to bring our cat in for an emergency, she was able to fit us in very quickly and provide excellent care. The anticipated treatment costs were communicated very transparently. The entire practice team handles the animals very well and is always able to answer any questions competently and in a very friendly manner.

The receptionist was very nice. I went during regular office hours, without an appointment, and was asked to pay an emergency fee of €50 in advance, without the animal even being examined.
