Very friendly and highly competent. My Chihuahuas now enter the practice without fear or panic. The entire team takes their time and interacts calmly with the animals.

The receptionist was very nice. I went during regular office hours, without an appointment, and was asked to pay an emergency fee of €50 in advance, without the animal even being examined.

With Dr. Augustin, I feel like my cats are in the best hands. You can tell that animal welfare always comes first. When we had to come in with our cat in an emergency, she was able to accommodate us promptly and provide us with excellent assistance. The estimated treatment costs were communicated very transparently. The entire practice team is very good with the animals and can help with any questions in a competent and always friendly manner.

The consultations are thorough and empathetic, and both the animal and the owner are taken seriously – you never feel like "just" a number. The practice is also very easy to reach, whether by phone or email – you always get a prompt response. Ordering prescriptions and picking them up is completely seamless and straightforward. I'd especially like to emphasize that the team takes their time and addresses individual concerns. Here, the animal's well-being is paramount, without losing sight of the owner – this is exactly how veterinary medicine should be. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 😻

We feel very comfortable with Ms. Augustin and her colleagues, always receiving good advice and being well-received. The veterinarian, as well as the veterinary assistants, demonstrate exceptional sensitivity in handling the animals. The practice is modern, easily accessible, and, above all, extremely hygienic.
