We took our dog to the veterinary clinic and can only say "thank you"! She had likely ingested poison and, based on her symptoms, underwent a thorough examination, was admitted, and received truly excellent care. We were kept informed throughout the process and received updates on her progress whenever we asked. It's a fantastic clinic that we highly recommend and where we felt very well cared for. Leni is doing well again now :)

A truly terrible veterinary clinic. I strongly advise everyone against going there. My wife came home with a bill for over 800 euros, and it was/is only a very mild bladder infection. It wasn't an emergency appointment, nor was it on the weekend or in the evening/night. In retrospect, and according to many other people who have been there and had the same experience, this happens there daily. Even younger people who are in training! They tell you, "You can always pay it off." Definitely go somewhere else and don't let them rip you off. One star is too much, but unfortunately, there's no other option.

For many years, we were very satisfied with this practice, especially with the veterinarians. Unfortunately, the practice's approach has changed drastically. Walk-in hours have been discontinued, and examinations are now only available by appointment at the standard veterinary fee schedule (GOT). For acute conditions or emergencies during the week, the standard fee is tripled. The justification given for this is incomprehensible to us. While additional costs are mentioned on the phone, the specific amount is not. Short-notice appointments, such as the next day, are also nearly impossible to obtain. While we paid approximately €116 at the beginning of the year, the last bill came to €270. Combined with the generally rising veterinary costs, we get the impression that financial interests are the primary focus here. Even insured patients should be cautious, as very high bills can cause problems. In conclusion: The veterinarians are technically skilled, but the current pricing and appointment policy no longer convinces us. We will therefore be looking for a different veterinarian.

I'm speaking for the reptile vet. Last year, I took my corn snake (14) here to have her euthanized. Now I've taken my second corn snake (15) here to have her apparent tumor checked. The vet is very friendly and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary things, but he also doesn't euthanize without good reason and is very realistic about treatment. I highly recommend this reptile vet.
