Unfortunately had to visit at night for an emergency. The staff was super competent and friendly, this clinic also had all of the equipment necessary to deal with pretty much any emergencies (x-ray, CT, etc).

I typically don't post online reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel it's necessary to share this experience because it involved a clear violation of our rights as pet owners, and the actions taken were undeniably inhumane. On Monday evening, our dog underwent an emergency c-section due to complications during birth. We were advised to return home and wait for updates, as it would be approximately 4 to 5 hours before we could reunite with our dog and her newborn puppies. However, we received a call from the clinic just about an hour and a half later, informing us that the operation had been completed, our dog was stable, and two of the puppies had been born alive (with one already deceased in the uterus). We hurriedly made the hour-long drive back to the clinic, anxious to see our dog and her newborns. After waiting in the clinic's waiting room for about 40 minutes, we were finally called in. To our shock and dismay, the veterinarian informed us that all the puppies had already passed away, and what's more, they had been disposed of. How could the vet unceremoniously dispose of the puppies without our consent? This heartless handling of deceased pets is a stark ethical transgression that should not be tolerated.

Being new to this vet clinic I took my 4-month-old kitten here for his jabs (vaccinations) and micro-chip. What a welcoming, very friendly, well-advised experience this was! The complete Team, from the Front-desk to the vet (dr. Tast) got my double thumbs up 👍👍 My kitty-cat also received a "Welcome goodie-bag" (see picts) which was highly appreciated. The building/clinic itself is very beautiful and you just feel that the love for animals is all around... ❤️

These people are great. Very caring and make sure that your pet is well taken care of.

Very glad our regular vet referred us to this clinic. We arrived with our dog whose vitals were critical and the vet on duty was able to figure out the exact problem and help our dog get back to good health. The staff are polite, empathetic and overall we left with a very good impression. We‘ll be taking our dogs here from now on anytime there is an emergency.
