Kleintierpraxis am Neckar Dr. Ulrich Roth

We feel completely in good hands with this vet. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and handles our cats very gently. It's especially nice that the cats are allowed to roam freely in the treatment room – this relieves a lot of stress and creates a relaxed atmosphere. Compared to our previous vet, they are much calmer and more relaxed here. You can just tell that he genuinely cares about both animals and people. A vet you can trust with confidence!

Dr. Roth and his wife are very empathetic towards both people and animals. The atmosphere in the practice had a calming effect on our dog. The consultations were always very competent and easy to understand. He treated our 15.5-year-old dog with great respect, focusing on what was essential and sparing him unnecessary treatment. We are very grateful for that! We would entrust our pet to him again without hesitation.

A highly recommended veterinary practice. Dr. Roth and his team are very easy to reach by phone; I've always been able to get an appointment on the same day, and there are hardly any waiting times. Dr. Roth and his assistant are incredibly friendly and caring with our cat, and he takes his time. I can only recommend them.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. I was treated very unfriendly there. I found the vet's inappropriate comments particularly disturbing – for example, about our pet's name or our children, who were present at the appointment. Furthermore, we were offered an appointment over the phone with the request to arrive after 6 p.m. I found it very annoying and incomprehensible that this appointment was then billed as a "requested appointment outside of office hours" with an emergency fee. I will certainly not visit this practice again.
