It's long overdue, and words can hardly do justice to the wonderful and compassionate care that Ms. Benz provides for our dog, Lino. We feel incredibly well cared for by Ms. Benz and her entire team. Ms. Benz always takes so much time for us, explains things, listens, comforts, and encourages us. With her, we always feel like it's a conversation and a relationship built on mutual respect, and we can discuss everything openly and honestly, even though Lino, or rather we, aren't always easy cases. Everything just fits perfectly, and we are absolutely happy and grateful that we can take Lino to Ms. Benz as our veterinarian. Thank you to Ms. Benz and the entire team for the outstanding care! Even though we'd prefer not to be there so often, we're always glad when we can come directly (even in emergencies) and always receive excellent care.
We took our dog there for spaying and everything went perfectly. The team is incredibly nice, friendly, and seems really competent. You can tell they truly care about the animals. We felt very well taken care of!
