I would gladly give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially not in an emergency. The vet failed to recognize the emergency my dog ​​was experiencing, even though the symptoms were very clear. She didn't take any action. The vet only wanted to do an ultrasound a week later, claiming her father wouldn't be available until then. One day later, the dog had to undergo emergency surgery at a hospital and almost died. It's best to stay away from this practice if you want your pet to stay healthy.

On May 6, 2026, I had my cat spayed at this veterinary practice. On the night of May 27, 2026, I noticed that she was breathing very heavily. The next morning, I immediately took her to an animal hospital. There, an X-ray was taken, and it was determined that my cat was suffering from pulmonary edema. After being admitted to the hospital and having a cardiac ultrasound, she was also diagnosed with heart failure. In retrospect, I have many questions: Was my cat's heart even examined or at least auscultated before the anesthesia? A week after the spaying, I went back to the practice to have the stitches removed. Was her breathing checked then? I later realized that apparently no thorough follow-up examination took place. The veterinarian at the animal hospital explained to me that pulmonary edema doesn't usually develop only after three weeks, but often becomes noticeable just a few days after anesthesia or after significant exertion. Therefore, I'm all the more puzzled as to why nothing was noticed during the follow-up examinations. I am very disappointed and unsettled. In my opinion, my cat was not examined and checked sufficiently. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.
