We are extremely satisfied with all the veterinarians who have treated our cats there so far. They don't perform unnecessary tests that lead to high costs, which has impressed us greatly. The friendly demeanor of all the staff is also a big plus; the practice is easy to reach and appointments are readily available. They have found excellent solutions for various problems our cats have, based on the team's experience, which is very helpful. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! The doctor is really lovely. But it's so hard to get hold of anyone. I have to call at least ten times before I can even make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. And the waiting area could definitely be modernized and made more inviting.
