Reviews
Everything's great. Only the waiting area, and therefore the office workspace, needs redesigning. The lighting, in particular, could be much better. Overall, it feels too much like a shipping container. As a pet owner, this only bothers me while I'm waiting, and since the practice is well-organized, that's not a very long wait. If I worked there, it would be a different story. It needs to be said. And that's the only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five.
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this veterinary practice today. One of our pet rats suddenly started bleeding from her vagina. Worried about her, I searched online for an accessible veterinary clinic and found this one, as it's easily reachable by bus and train. I was traveling with two small children and a stroller. The website explicitly states that you should simply drop by during opening hours. Accordingly, we arrived at the clinic at 3:45 p.m. and waited until it opened at 4:00 p.m. However, immediately after the door opened, I was turned away without any further questions or examination, with the explanation that they weren't accepting new patients. The fact that my pet was bleeding acutely was apparently irrelevant. My situation with children, a stroller, and having traveled by public transport was completely ignored. This lack of empathy and willingness to help in an obvious emergency left me speechless. I would have expected at least a brief assessment, a referral, or a minimum of compassion from a veterinary practice.
A fantastic team, everyone is incredibly friendly and empathetic. We've been going there for a year now, and unfortunately, our dog has already had to have surgery. Everything went well, he was well cared for, and thanks to Dr. [Name] and her team, he's pain-free. We are incredibly grateful! Warmest regards from Lucky (the excited Malinois) and us!
Very friendly and helpful!
I've been a patient with my dogs for years. I've always been treated very kindly and competently. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the practice.
