I have just gone out the praxis. I can say that it was the worst experience I have ever done with my cat. My cat fears from strangers a lot, you can say that it is normal. What is not normal is that vet's fear for the cats. She never touched my cat, once! And she told me that if I train my cat next time she could examine her. What if there is an emergency! What kind of Vet afraids of cats!! I am really disappointed. I just took a parasit pill from there and I will give it to my cat myself. Upon no touching and no examination, they want me to pay 30 euro (without taxes) for the examination cost. Of course I paid but I clearly said that I will never go there again. I especially stated that our Vet in Turkey examines her in detail each and every time. This makes them surprise. I strongly recommend you not to go there
Dr. Herrle saved our dog from a severe stomach illness. He had been wrongly diagnosticated by an emergency clinic and wasn't getting any better despite loads of medicine. She changed his medication and our dog immediately felt better.Absolutely recommended.
Took my dog last minute for a vaccine. Everyone is the clinic are nice and speak english
My cat Leyjla was very ill. Fortunately, I received prompt and expert help from Dr. Herle. I felt completely at ease and well cared for at all times. Thanks to her expert treatment, my cat is now doing much better, for which I am very happy and grateful. What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Herle is that she carefully considers each examination and only recommends diagnostic measures that are truly appropriate and necessary. You never get the feeling that unnecessary tests are being performed. Thank you so much, Dr. Herle, for helping my cat so expertly!
