We took our senior dog there as the doctor was thorough and very professional. She was also very honest, recommending against an expensive procedure that would have profited the practice as she did not see it as beneficial for our dog. Would definitely recommend.

We brought our cat to this vet and I will not recomend at all. Handling was very rude, they made the wrong diagnostic and when things turned really serious and bad they just invented some excuse to get rid of us. I wish I had never taken my little friend there.

This is what our dog looks like when she waits outside Dr. Neubauer's examination room. She can hardly wait for the door to finally open. We've been taking our dog and cat here for many years and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. Competent, loving, approachable, friendly, and tireless. The practice is spotlessly clean and very modern, and there are always plenty of assistants to help out. We feel very, very comfortable here.

I visited the veterinary practice today for the first time, ostensibly just to get deworming tablets for my dog. I was assured over the phone that this would be no problem. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a preliminary examination was required due to legal regulations. Since I was short on time, a brief examination of about three minutes was performed. Aside from questions about allergies, this examination covered nothing that was actually relevant to dispensing the deworming tablets. It seemed as though the primary goal was simply to fulfill a formal legal obligation. I was therefore quite surprised by the subsequent bill totaling approximately €110. Of this, about €26 was for the tablets, meaning over €80 was charged solely for the very brief examination. Even if legal requirements exist, the amount seems disproportionate to the actual service provided. I would like to commend the friendly manner of Ms. Neubauer and the reception staff. Nevertheless, based on this overall experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. To me, this approach is more off-putting than confidence-building, and I think potential new customers should be aware of this.
