Yesterday, our Bimba had to be put down. The vet came to our house at short notice, gave us excellent and kind advice, was very caring towards our dog, and spared him further suffering. We are devastated, but the vet made saying goodbye easier for Bimba and for us in a professional and empathetic way. We won't be getting another dog for a while; if we do, it will only be for treatments. Thank you again!

We called Dr. Lindackers four times last night. Our dog was suffering so much. We still haven't heard anything as of 10:07 this morning. It's very disappointing. We didn't know that Dr. Lindackers wasn't in Germany. A small note on the answering machine would have been helpful.
