It was super quick and pleasant. A friendly and comfortable experience, no waiting time. I brought my mouse along; she examined it right away and explained how I treat and manage it.

We were at this practice for the first and last time. Our cat's poor condition was overlooked, and an incomplete examination was performed because he resisted due to severe pain. Ms. Fehrle even briefly raised her voice to the animal. Two days later, he was in a life-threatening condition and had to undergo emergency surgery! Instead of the harmless laryngitis that was initially suggested, it was an acute abdomen with pus in the abdominal cavity. Utter incompetence.

I've been there all along, and so far everything's been fine. Ms. Fehrle has always been able to help, and I enjoy going there because it's only a 30-minute walk away. And so far, every diagnosis has been correct.

A fantastic veterinarian, highly recommended! We always go without an appointment, yet there's practically never a wait, and she always remembers us and our dog immediately, even without prior notice. She's always very kind and friendly, gives thorough advice, and is incredibly gentle with our dog.
