It was super quick and pleasant. A friendly and comfortable experience, no waiting time. I brought my mouse along; she examined it right away and explained how I treat and manage it.

So far, I've always gone there and everything has been really good. Ms. Fehrle has always been very helpful, and I like going there because it's only a 30-minute walk away. And so far, every diagnosis has been correct.

We were at this practice for the first and last time. Our cat's poor condition was overlooked, and an incomplete examination was performed because he resisted due to severe pain. Ms. Fehrle even briefly raised her voice to the animal. Two days later, he was in a life-threatening condition and had to undergo emergency surgery! Instead of the harmless laryngitis that was initially suggested, it was an acute abdomen with pus in the abdominal cavity. Utter incompetence.
