The waiting is extremely long But the people are nice. It isnt that expensive. Recommend for rats and mice

Your pet, no matter whether it’s a cat, a dog or any other small animal would give this place five stars. The stuff is very experienced with all kind of animals. And they are really friendly. The only downside is the waiting time. But I still give this place five stars. I have been here multiple times with our cats. And I will come here each time they require any kind of help.

We recently visited Kleintierzentrum Landwasser while travelling through Germany to get our dog’s worming treatment and travel certificate stamped for returning to the UK. The staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English, which made the whole process stress-free. They were incredibly helpful and took great care of our dog. The service was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone needing pet travel documents or veterinary care while abroad!

We came here for a worming tablet to meet UK requirements for the AHC for our dog. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly even though we spoke limited German and the process was easy with fair prices to get the worming and the form signed. No issues and would highly recommend! Thank you
