I just have to vent! I was just at the vet in Stühlinger, Dr. Bahr. Absolutely not recommended! ‼️‼️‼️ I wanted to get my little Chihuahua's nails trimmed and told this nice lady that she's very anxious and snappy at the vet. She got a muzzle, which never stays on such a tiny dog, and I asked her for a cone-shaped neck brace since she doesn't resist and that's how they do it at the clinic. She said no, dogs get muzzles, and bam—my dog tries to snap at her. Then she snaps at me, saying I don't have my dog under control and that she needs her fingers to work. That's why she suggested the neck brace. Then she said they should do it at the clinic! There was a patient in front of me with a cat, to whom she was explaining that you can also be overly cautious and overdo it. That should have been a warning sign.
